The cost of running a hot tub can vary depending on several factors, including usage patterns, tub size, positioning, frequency of use, external temperatures, and individual energy tariffs. The hot tubs we use are one of the most energy-efficient inflatable hot tubs.
Should I leave my hot tub filter and heater on all the time?
For filter: It’s a good idea to run your filter for at least 8 hours a day, whether your hot tub is heating or not. This keeps the water clean.
For heater: If you use your Lay-Z-Spa frequently (3 or more times a week), it’s cost-effective to keep the heater on at your preferred temperature. It saves energy in the long run.
If you use your Lay-Z-Spa less often (2 times a week or less), consider turning the heat off. You can heat it up a few hours before you plan to use it.
Depending on the hot tub model you choose, you will be able seat up to four or six guests per tub.
Yes, our hot tubs can be used year-round, including in the winter
Water should be changed every 1-3 months, depending on usage and maintenance.
Children can use the hot tub under adult supervision, with a reduced temperature and usage time
When the hot tub is placed in an open area about 1 meter away from the pump, here are the noise levels:
- Filtration and Heating are quieter than 60 decibels (dB).
- Massage and Water Jet are below 72 dB.
In terms of everyday noise levels:
- 60 decibels (dB) is similar to the sound of a normal conversation or background music
- 72 decibels (dB) is similar to the sound of a vacuum cleaner
You can use our hot tubs both indoors and outdoors.
The time it takes for your hot tub to warm up can vary based on several factors. If you have access to hot water and can fill the tub with hot water, it will significantly reduce the heating time. In such cases, your hot tub can reach the desired temperature more quickly.
However, if you only have access to cold water, the heating process may take longer. In such situations, it could take up to 7 hours or more for the hot tub to heat up to the desired temperature. The exact heating time may also depend on the specific model and capacity of your hot tub.
We will empty the water into a drain or onto the lawn or patio depending on where the hot tub is located.
The maximum temperature for our hot tubs is typically 40°C.
